- Children below 5 years of age can be accompanied by their parents or guardians without any extra cost.
- For children above 5 years of age, the adult cost will be applicable.
- Any meals not mentioned are not included in the package cost.
- Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will not be part of the deal.
- Campsites may or may not have the security cameras or gated security so please do not carry valuables with you.
- Rescheduling if possible. Reschedule Policy - a certain percentage of the booking value will be charged as a rescheduling fee in case the customer wants to reschedule their booking.
- A minimum of 2 adults are required to book this plan.
- If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
We understand plans may change. Our flexible refund policy allows for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight, providing a hassle-free refund process. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
